One of the best ways to find sources for history and genealogy
info on the Internet is to go to http://www.cyndislist.com

As of today, Cyndis List has organized 65,250 links to information.

When you go to this address, scroll down a little and on the left you
will see several choices of indexing. Click on Alphabetical Index.
There may be other choices but I selected "Asia and the Pacific"

Everytime you click on one link on Cyndis List, you will usually get
at least 50+ choices at the next page. Selecting Asia & The Pacific,
(just for starters) the following were some of the choices:

General Resource Sites
Chinese Genealogical Resources
Chineseroots.com
Libraries, Archives & Museums
Mailing Lists - China
People and Families
Queries, Message Boards & Surname Lists
Societies & Groups
World GenWeb

One should print off some of these pages before clicking onto a
link as you will find you will be given so many choices to explore
that you may not remember or find your way to others you saw and
wanted to also check out.

If you were going to do research in any state in USA, you will discover
that Cyndi has a arranged the indexing in a way that takes you in
a very organized manner and you will not miss much of anything
that is available.

Each of the above selections have quite a bit to chose from at each
of those links and there are quite a few that are family sites, surnames
and societies that hold records. Most of these are eager to share
their information.

Have fun.

God Bless
Ruth Ann
