LITTLE FALLS — Every quilt tells a story.

That was the theme behind a presentation at the Herkimer Home State
Historic Site on Saturday as a historic interpreter talked about a
rare quilt and as visitors shared their own quilt stories.

The story behind the historic Petrie bedcover textile has mystery
attached to it.
