LITTLE FALLS -- Property owners residing within the Little Falls
Historic District established by Preserve Our Past in 2012 are
eligible for a 20 percent state income tax credit for approved
household restoration projects ranging between $5,000 and $50,000.

The district includes 345 structures that were identified through a
reconnaissance survey sponsored by the New York State Preservation
League, P.O.P. and the city of Little Falls, and is the culmination of
four years of work by the not-for-profit organization of citizens
interested in preserving architecturally significant buildings within
the city.
