Hi.

   I do know that the route thru Auburn did not follow rt 5. Genesee st was
the route.Also west of auburn is a crossroad called "Hells Half Acre" that was
a Stage stop. From there it ran due west to the village of Cayuga.There is a
marker there for the bridge that was built and taken care of by prison labor.
