The Historical Society of Skaneateles has purchosed 60 Sanborn maps of the
Village of Skaneateles (a small municipality) from EDR,Inc who now owns the
Sanborn Map Co. and has the only rights to the paper copies.  From the web
site :  www.sanborn.umi.com you can get the telephone number of EDR,Inc.  It
seems that universities and libraries have access to the digital maps by a
paid subscription.
