Have been trying unsuccessfully to locate a photograph
of Emma Treadwell Thacher, wife of John Boyd Thacher (1847-1909),
who was in N.Y. Senate 1884/85 and was Mayor of Albany
for two terms 1886/88 and 1896/98.
Have tried the obvious places: NYS Archives, Albany Institute,
Albany Public Library, Albany City and County Historians, New York
(City) Public Library picture collection, Museum of City of NY ditto,
NY Historical Society, etc.
Any and all suggestions appreciated!
