        Where did the actual drawing take place in 1790 when the Military
Tract land was distributed?

        I understand that Robert Harper and Lewis Scott were to conduct the
actualy drawing of the two sets of papers, one for the 25 towns and one for
the lot numbers.

        I believe that the drawing was to occur in Montgomery County.  Does
anyone know exactly where?
