Author and former U.S. Congressman Daniel E. Button will discuss his new book: Take City Hall! Mayor Tom Whalen and the Transformation of New York's Capital to an "All-America City" at the New York State Library, 7th Floor, Cultural Education Center, Albany on December 10 at 5:30 p.m.

    The program is free and open to the public. Refreshments and a book signing follow Mr. Button's talk, which is co-sponsored by the New York State Library and the Friends of the New York State Library.
