The Fall-Winter Issue of "Schoharie County Historical Review" (Vol. LXIII,
No. II), which I have just received, has an article by Jim Poole (reprinted
from the "Times-Journal" of December 10, 1997), entitled "Signs Bring Back
Sense of History." It discusses replacement of 14 signs by the Cobleskill
Town Historian, which had gone missing over the years (texts given), as
well as 11 new markers placed by other organizations (with texts). The
article closes with a "complete list" of 88 markers in Schoharie County,
listing their Headings, Date, and Town.
